Where do you deliver to?
We cover the whole of South West Scotland and are happy to go further if required. Our delivery is completely free if your venue is within 30 miles of Kilmarnock (KA3) and then we charge 30p per mile thereafter,
What events do you cater for?
From childrens parties, Christmas parties, Reunions, Weddings, Baby Showers, Christening/Naming parties and corporate events, our Candy Buffets are perfect for any celebration! No event is too small or too big for us, contact us for a quote.
What is included in the price?
The price for the Candy Buffet includes the following:
- Hire of jars and containers
- Hire of silver scoops and tongs
- Paper bags to match your colour scheme
- Sweets
- Delivery*, set-up and collection of the Candy Buffet*
Can we have sweets to co-ordinate with our colour scheme?
We have an extensive list of sweets to choose from and are happy to co-ordinate your Candy Buffet to your colour scheme, however with some colours you may be restricted to the types of sweets that are available. If this is the case we can add ribbons to the glassware, a coloured runner to the table and use crystals and petals to enhance the colour of the theming.
How long do we have the Candy Buffet for?
We are happy to deliver and set-up the buffet at a time to suit you, whether this is at the beginning of the day or later in the evening. We have a closed sign which can be displayed at the front of the table and will be removed when you want your table 'open'. We will then arrange directly with the venue to collect the glassware and scoops the following morning. If you are ordering a Candy Buffet for a party we will deliver and set-up before and then collect after the event has finished.
What happens to any left over sweets?
The sweets that you order are all yours, if there are any left at the end of the night you get to take them home or hand them out to your guests. We never re-use any sweets at Candy Buffets by F, what you pay for is entirely yours.
How many choices of sweets can I have?
We have a long list of sweets that we can supply to you, please see our sweet list. . However, if you have any specific requirements please let us know. The number of varieties of sweets that you can choose depends upon the number of jars/containers that you will have and further detail can be found in our pricing section of the Candy Buffet page.
Does the price include somebody to serve the sweets?
The fun of our Candy Buffets is that guests are able to choose for themselves. We will leave any spare sweets at the venue so that the buffet can be topped up if and when needed. If you do require somebody to serve the sweets for you and keep an eye on the Candy Buffet throughout your event, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
I'm worried about using glass jars and containers at my children's party?
We know that Candy Buffets can be exciting places for little hands so we are able to provide plastic jars and containers for childrens parties.
Do I need to pay a booking deposit?
No, you do not need to pay a booking a depoist unless you are booking any personalised items, the deposit for this will be £30.
Do I need to pay a breakages/missing items deposit?
Yes, we request a £50 breakages/missing item deposit before your event which is fully refundable providing that our glassware is undamaged at the end of your event and all scoops; tongs and other equipement is present. Before your event, an inventory will be left with you or your event planner detailing all items which were pesent at the event.
